Better. Faster. Stronger. CrossFit Iconic is your fitness playground, offering group personal training as well as individual and team sessions.

Our coaching, training, and programming are all centered on the CrossFit philosophy and methodology, and we work with people of all backgrounds, fitness levels, and ages. Each workout is scaled to an individual’s fitness level.

CrossFit workouts (WODs) are constantly varied, functional, and performed at high intensity.  "Constantly varied" means that in every WOD the movements, times, and strength sessions will change. Functional movements are the normal movements your body goes through in life - running, lifting, squatting, pushing, and pulling.

We work with our athletes to get a little better, faster, and stronger every day. Based on your comfort level, coaches will push you as hard as possible while maintaining a safe, encouraging, and fun environment. We incorporate this same methodology into our other programs, such as CrossFit Kids.

Our workouts are designed to prepare you for life’s actual physical demands. We understand that those demands include yard work, doing laundry, rushing to catch the bus, or helping a friend move. That’s why you’ll have workouts that involve pulling and pushing, lifting from the ground, pushing overhead, and running. That’s also why you won’t find weight machines and sections of elliptical machines and treadmills. What you will see is space to run, jump, squat, and lift. The equipment you’ll find are pull-up bars, weighted balls, kettlebells and barbells.

The goal of each workout is to improve your overall fitness. Fitness is defined by Greg Glassman by identifying ten standard traits and programming to improve all aspects. These ten standards are: cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. By working to improve all aspects and not specializing in any one, they will leave you better prepared for whatever life throws at you.
